You dont have to become member to work/study in BLB. There is public internet that is quite fast and you can access it with out any login. There are quite rooms and combined study rooms (of course it will be noisy). Note: Ground floor: Its bit noisy because many people come there to pick up books and drop. Lots of movement of people. If you want to work or study silently then you can go to 1, 2nd or 3rd floor.
