Westminster Reference Library

I love working here, it's pretty much designed for it. All the tables have power outlets and the wifi is reliable. It's in a great location with a lot of cafes nearby. Currently there's construction going on next door, which is annoying but you can still get work done easily. The staff is great. I've never tried to bring coffee in but I think you probably could. It's free to use for everyone, you only need a card if you check something out.
