COFFEE BLANC

This cafe is part of a strip mall of some kind. It is not big, but it has 3 floors. I only found some comfortable chairs on the 3rd floor. It was really cold! What turned me off was that the only restroom available is on the strip mall, so not too close. It was dirty, small, and had NO TOILET PAPER. And to top it off, the most expensive coffee I had in Manila. A flat white was 220 pesos. Not coming back.
