Negra Café Baixa

It's very comfy, tbh very cozy chairs and tables, great for working all the time. And they claim they don't mind, BUT they specify when you come in that you are not allowed to plug in your computer. They have only one or two available outlets anyway, but c'mon. Food is good, there's music playing but it's quiet, the outside area is lovely too and you can definitely work from there. I didn't get any shit for staying for a few hours... but this outlet policy gives the impression you're not really supposed to hang out. I guess this is ok for some hours of work but definitely not more often than that.
