In my experience, this is really only a comfortable working space on Sunday (late) afternoon and evening. I find that on weekdays, there are too many people working here who make loud phone calls. On early mornings, there are also too many people here, but early afternoon is typically fine. The place is next to an elementary school, and there often are parents with kids. This can be anything from a parent and a kid both quietly reading a book, to a parent and two kids who are fighting to steal a bite off each other's pastry. You also get many people who are just chilling and chatting together, which can also vary from quiet to quite animated. Beware that the benches in the indoor seating have no back, and are quite hard. There are a couple of sockets on the tables that make you face away from the rest of the cafe, but no sockets on the big table in the middle. Don't expect to stay until closing time, though. Depending on who is running the place on the day that you're there, they either give you a 10-minute warning that closing time is coming up, or just kick you out 30 minutes before closing time because they want to mop the floor underneath your seat. Note that this cafe also functions as a bakery, so people will come in from time to time to buy bread or pastries. The coffee is good but pricey, and they have both decaf and oat milk options. The only available toilets are those in the mall in which the cafe is located, so you have to leave the cafe to use the restrooms. I find the aircon a bit cold, so I usually wear long pants and bring a jacket. The music is loud for me, so I use noise-cancelling headphones and white noise or lofi music.
