Note: cafe is on the NUS campus, so technically not meant for "outsiders". In general, I'm comfortable working here, but it depends a bit on how loud the other customers are. I find the music quite loud, so I use noise-cancelling headphones and noise generators. I often find that the tables aren't clean, so I use napkins or wet wipes to clean before putting down any paperwork. There are regular tables and also some small, one-person seats that many people use for working. The chairs at the regular tables are quite comfortable, and I sometimes sit there for 2 hours or so. Coffee is good but pricey. In theory they have decaf, but they're almost always out. They tend to have oat milk, though. No restrooms inside the cafe, but there are restrooms on campus.
