SMOKE FREE! Great benefit! Many foods and deserts to buy. Very noisy during peak hours though.......Maybe that is expected in a shopping mall. I love Monument Cafes all over Beograd. There are enough sockets for laptops with great internet.

"Monument" is inside the big shopping center, so it's smoke-free, and they have a great selection of food and, drinks and desserts.
