I definitely recommend working here. I've visited twice to eat and work, and while laptops aren't allowed during peak hours, such as lunch, it's completely fine at other times, and many people work here. The place has a great atmosphere, good food, and a few tables with electric outlets — both times I visited, I was able to find a table where I could work and charge my laptop. From what I can tell, if the place gets full and they need tables, they will let you know, though that hasn’t happened to me. Staff is really nice and friendly as well!
Tables are filled with "NO LAPTOP" warnings. I would not recommend, it is quite unfriendly. Also you need to leave your stuff unsupervised to order stuff which is a big No.
Working from here is very comfortable. There is quiet music playing in some areas but you can find quieter seats. Many people were working and the vibes were excellent. 10/10 recommend.
The place and food were great. There were plenty of other people who had come to work (at least 6 who spent some hours there). By the bar, there is a written request not to use laptops from 12.00-14.00 and upstairs there is a note that the cafe reserves the right to give priority seating to restaurant customers during rush hours. On the day I was there it was not too busy and this rule was not enforced.
