Society Café

When you're sitting in this cafe, it screams NO LAPTOPS! Signs up saying no laptops or iPads allowed downstairs. So I go upstairs... however on every table there's a list of things that laptop users should do - including ordering regular drinks to be fair to other customers! They obviously don't want someone coming in and setting up for the day without ordering one drink an hour! Upstairs is bright and quiet - however only a few seats with plugs, so if you're like me and have poor battery life, it's very limiting. WiFi lasts for 90 mins before having to reconnect. Lovely vibe in the cafe though with plenty of people upstairs 'working from home'. They also only have a small selection of pastries/cakes.
