Stumbled upon this place while walking to the Starbucks next door. Fast, stable wifi with no time limits. Situated in a shaded area with a wonderful cool breeze that makes 28 C feel like room temperature. Washrooms in need of some repair but usable. A large table available for a group of ~10. Very comfortable bench/sofa seats with solid electrical outlets
