Pacific Coffee @ Lockhart Rd

No power outlets aside from a single seat by the window. Loud, annoying background music. Wifi fast but capped to 30 mins. A/C uncomfortably strong in some spots. All this made up for (somewhat) by the location, spaciousness, comfortable tables, and reasonable coffee.
