It is possibly the best spot in the city to work. They have back up electricity, lots of people getting work done here, it's comfortable enough for many hours, music is ambient levels... You get the idea. Main disadvantage is parking at the shopping centre is pricy, you're looking at R25 for 4 hours to give you an idea.
