Starbucks @ R. de Santa Justa

The second floor is the best one. You have a nice space to work, there's no music, and it's possible the enjoy the view in the window sit. The only thing is the bathrooms - went there twice and it wasn't too clean. Also, sometimes you can be unlucky to have a group of teenagers doing some noises, but with good headphones on, is possible to work in peace.
