Blank Street Coffee

The place feels laptop friendly. I often see others working on laptops. I don't feel guilty staying here for a long time if I ordered something at the start as I can usually see other empty tables. If the place looks busy / nearly all of the tables are full (rare) I might order another drink. There is a restroom but you need to ask the staff for the restroom key.
