Reval Café

Really nice café in the hip neighborhood Telliskivi. They have cheap but tasty coffee, snacks and full-fledged meals (which are also pretty affordable), outlets, comfy chairs and everything you need to get some work done. There is also an outside area but the street is right beside and a bit noisy. There are also different table-styles so groups as well as single café-workers can work there comfortably.
