Café Snack Bar Artur's

For a local countryside-ish Portuguese pub this actually stands out for the staff friendliness to see people studying or working. A week after my first visit as soon as I walked in the staff looked at me and just pointed out one of the tables with sockets close by like he knew I was there for another long work session :)
