Municipal Library of Viseu

It is very quiet e and good for computer work, but it is not friendly to make some phone or video calls. You must make them in the hall reception. There are some sofas there and you may sit and call, but sometimes it's noisy. It closes at 7pm but there is a working/studying space open until 00h00.
